We had a great group of local guys from Chesapeake, VA on the boat today. They opted to pass on the good trolling bite weve had and look for some cobia. It paid off big time. Thanks guys! Look forward to seeing y’all this fall for some rockfishing!

What a day of fishing on the Chesapeake Bay! Our morning trip had a great mackerel bite plus a couple of big red drum. The winds laid out in the afternoon so we decided to look for cobia and we connected with two nice fish!

New friends from Michigan on the boat with us today. Young angler, RJ achieved his Junior Saltwater Angler Award today by catching and releasing 6 different species of fish. Congrats buddy!

The last few days have seen excellent fishing in the lower Chesapeake Bay. Spadefish, Triggerfish, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Flounder, Red Drum, and Cobia are all biting!
